Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue when creating a PDF from an Excel file (using both “Save As” and “Print to PDF”). A yellow background appears in the generated PDF, but only when I open it in PDF-XChange. The issue does not appear when viewing the file in other PDF readers.
I have already tried uninstalling the program, resetting its settings, and checking the accessibility options, but nothing seems to be enabled. This problem only occurs on one specific computer.
Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to fix it?
Thank you!

Hello, ophoenix
This generally indicates a color profile issue, to get started we will need the following items:
Kind regards,
This generally indicates a color profile issue, to get started we will need the following items:
- In the Editor, a screenshot of “Preferences -> Color Management” dialog.
- An export of the Editor application settings (File > Manage settings > Export settings)
- Open the start menu, and type "color management". In the opened window, move over to the "advanced" tab and then click "change system defaults". From there, a nearly identical window should open. In this second window, take a screenshot of the "Advanced" tab. Then on the "all profiles" tab, take a few screenshots as you scroll down through the list presented there so we can compare the list to what is available in the Editor.
- Open the following folder, and copy the content into a new zipped folder, and include those in your reply:
C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color - (If not already provided) A copy of any one document you see this issue with, and screenshots showing a problematic part of this document on your end.

Hello, ophoenix
Thank you for those, I have passed this along to the Dev team for review. If they can find a quick fix, we will be back here to post and let you know. If not, you can keep an eye on the next few releases. Typically these issues are specific to certain documents, but in cases where they apply to all files you open, you can continue working with the file, no damage will be caused as it is a localized display error. The file will continue to show properly on other devices that do not have the problematic display profiles in place.

Re: Yellow background in file coming from excel
Hello,
I am sorry to say that this one does not appear to be an error on our end, but one in the generation data Office is sending during the conversion, or in the other applications you are viewing the file with. Our rendering of this document is true to the color intent information within the files data.
Even opening it in one of Adobe's own dedicated image applications, Photoshop, the result matches our software, not Acrobat's PDF rendering.
