I tried repairing the software via Add and Remove Programs twice without any success.
I remove the printer from Printers and Scanners, ran Modify from ARP without any success.
I am sure that before I hear back from you I will be running CutePDF Writer.
What a waste of time!
I unwittingly upgraded from v10.8.5 to v11 and downgraded back to 10.8.5 and now I cannot print...

I believe you are also in contact with one of my colleagues over e-mail. E-mail will be the quicker way to assist you, and this screenshot you shared above seems to be from a printer dialogue.
Did you make sure to reboot your machine after you installed V10.8.5 once again? If you did not - please try to restart!
