Signatur Placholder

Post by Johannes Schiffer »

Hello everyone,

I have been using the “Add Placeholder” feature for signatures for some time now. Unfortunately, you have to right-click on the field in order to use an existing signature. Some users are not aware of this.

Would it be possible to make it so that, when clicking on the field, a dialog box appears where users can choose to use an existing signature or create a new one?

In other words, users would click on the field and see additional buttons such as “Use existing signature” and “Create new signature”, instead of having to right-click.

Hello, Johannes Schiffer

Thank you for the suggestion, I will raise this with the Dev team as it would most certainly be useful to have an extended option there.

[Quick update]: The Dev team is considering possibilities, but we cannot promise an implementation at this time. Due to the structure of these dialogues, "swapping" after they have opened it not technically possible, and this function would need a complete rework to offer something similar to what you suggest.

Kind regards,
