Can anyone suggest how to fix that? All the files all of the sudden stopped opening. They still work when opened via the browser.
Reinstalling the software did not make any change.

when you say they still open in a browser - do you mean a web browser or the Windows file Explorer?
Does the path show up in the file explorer? Can I get a screenshot?
I am going to assume the path is identical, but if you can send a screen shot of that file in the Windows file explorer showing the same path, that will tell us a lot.
