Stamps are no longer loading

Hi everyone,

we distribute our stamps to user clients using a copy script. It works on 60 clients, but one is refusing to cooperate.

The stamps are located in the same directory as on all the other clients, yet they don't show up in PDF-XChange Editor.

I’ve already reset the PDF-XChange settings on that client, but without success. Is there a way to see which folder the software is looking in for the stamps on that client?

The stamp location changed in Version 11.

Stamps are now at:
%PROGRAMFILES%\PDF-XChange\PDF Editor\Stamps
and
%APPDATA%\PDF-XChange\PDF Editor\Stamps

JavaScripts are now at:
%PROGRAMFILES%\PDF-XChange\PDF Editor\JavaScripts
and
%APPDATA%\PDF-XChange\PDF Editor\JavaScripts

Thank you for jumping in here to help out.
TBS is 100% correct, the stamp location moved with V11, and in some cases, you may need to manually copy your stamps folder from the old path to the new one.
