[tool] Add text to markup or field

This tool adds some preset text to the end or beginning of selected text markups or the currently selected text field. It allows one to save text that is entered frequently and apply it without retyping frequently. I use this quite a lot.

Installation
Extract the zip file and copy the javascript files to the JavaScripts folder and restart PDF XChange. Detailed instructions here: viewtopic.php?p=196006#p196006

Usage
After restarting PDF XChange it will add a menu item "Add Text to Annot…" to "Other Tools" in the Ribbon UI, and to Tools > Add-in Tools on the Classic Menus.

Select the text markup(s) or the text field you want to add text to, and then the tool. It will show a dialog:

Enter the text you want. It can include some macros (popup on the right lists available ones) and can be added at the start or end. The presets popup allows saving/loading different preset text.

This fixes a bug in the preset menu when trying to delete multiple presets (it was deleting the wrong ones ).
