[tool] Toggle between polyline or pencil annotations

This is a rough and ready tool that toggles between pencil (ink) markups and polylines or polygons. Select the markup you want to change, then the tool. Only works on Polyline, Polygon or Ink markups.

Because ink markups automatically smooth lines, this is an easy way to make a smooth curved line from a polyline. For example, this:

becomes this as an ink annotation:

It adds a button on the Add-on Toolbar

Installation
Extract the zip file and copy the javascript files to the JavaScripts folder and restart PDF XChange. Detailed instructions here: viewtopic.php?p=196006#p196006

This version will convert ovals/circles to ink annotations as well.

Changes v1.0

• add ellipse and square conversion;
• new icon
• groups all the selected polylines into one ink annotation

It does it by making circular polygons,

so when you convert back, it's no longer a circle, just a polygon with a lot of joints:

Useful to make arcs, though, by erasing part of the ink annotation
