This behavior just started recently. When I open a PDF in PDF-XChange it comes up as envelope size for printing, even through the printer settings are to standard letter size. This is shown in the screenshot below:
If I open the same file in Adobe, it comes up as whatever the appropriate paper type is for the document.
The default system driver settings are for duplex auto feed based on paper type with the default being standard letter size. I'm assuming I'm missing something in PDF-XChange.
I had the problem with 10.7 and upgraded to 11 and the problem remains. All other applications, including Adobe, print correctly.
What am I missing?

Re: Paper size defaults to Envelope for every document opened in PDF_XChange
Hello, [email protected]
This option right here, is causing the Editor to ask the printer what paper sizes are available to it, and pick the closes supported size to the Documents paper size: This would indicate that either, the documents you are opening are reliably around this size (which seems possible given that the page shown appears to be a business card) - or that your printer does not have the desired paper size available (which would be unusual - give your mentioned you are aiming for letter size.
You Can either disable that option, or use the "resize pages" function on the organize tab in the Editor, to ensure that the documents page sizes are actually letter sized, before you begin printing.
Kind regards,
