There are many posts on changing the font size in comments. I know how to change font size in a specific comment field. But I have more than 2000 comments meanwhile in a large edited document and I would like to change the font size in all of them from 12pt to 11pt without selecting each comment separately.
Thanks.

Re: Changing font size in all comments
Hello, tityrus2026
This is.. somewhat possible, but it reuqires changing the "defualt" text style for each comment type in question.
For example, typewriter comments and "popup" comments both have different default text styles. In both, you will need to make the change once to a single instance of the comment, then use the "make defualt" button offered while that text is selected: Do this once for each "type" of comment you have in the document.
After you have done so, you can select all comments (using the "select comments" tool - or the comments pane), and you will see a "style tools" dropdown on the format tab - where you can quickly apply the "default style" to all comments at once: I hope this helps!
Kind regards,

Re: Changing font size in all comments
Hi all,
To change the default style for Sticky Notes, I see two possibilities:
1) Click in the text of the sticky note, then click on "Make Default" in the "Text Editing Tools/Format"-ribbon
2) Click on the sticky note in the Comments-pane, then click on the "Style Tools"-icon in the "Commenting Tools/Format"-ribbon, and click "Make Current Text Format Default"
To change the font size of comments in a PDF, you can also use the "Replace Fonts"-feature in the "Convert"-ribbon:
