I've received a PDF-document which is displayed properly when using Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxt Reader. However, using PDF XChange Viewer Pro (Version: 2.0 (Build 39), (Aug 1 2008; 17:08:13) [RC1]) the text is totally messed up (like in the attached image).
I tried to use the "report a problem" feature, which created some zip-files in an email, but no valid email address was inserted.
Where can I put these data for analysis? (I'd prefer not to put them into the public, though the document does not contain private data).

Re: document is shown like randomized text
Hi. I had the same problems -- (1) incorrect viewing and (2) problems sending support an email from within PDF XChange Viewer Pro (Version: 2.0 (Build 39), (Aug 1 2008; 17:08:13) [RC1]).
(2)
It seems that PDF XChange Viewer Pro tries to pull info from Outlook, instead of going to the default emailer. I don't use Outlook, but rather use Thunderbird. My support info was not mailed but instead shoved into Notebook. I copied it into Thunderbird and sent the email support ticket.

John Verbeeten said I should download the new patched executable from https://www.pdf-xchange.com/downloads/users/ . I looked, but it was the same "current" version as I have now. I looked again and it had a date of Aug 4, so it seems the executable was patched but not given a new version number. I installed the Aug 4 executable, and it seems to be working OK now.

Thanks, that worked.
I thought I already had the latest version. But the new one is tagged as RC2... (not RC1)
But WHERE did you send your email to?. I could not find a support email account.

On https://www.pdf-xchange.com/support/ info is given to use this forum. I'm reluctant to post the email address that came up in my Notebook. The support email address comes up under Pro (paid), but I found the info re RC2 here before I go the reply to my email, so I would stick with this forum.

Well, I have a paid pro license.
But now (using my office PC with Outlook installed), I can see the email address.
If you use a standard (i.e. RFC compliant) email program, the email address is not properly handled as argument and such you are not able to use the email feature.
Thanks again for your help.
