Login with access code SOLVED

First of all, I would like to apologise if this is not the appropriate place to post this question. However, I have already tried all available support channels without success, so I am hoping someone here may be able to help.

When I try to log in, I am required to enter an access code that should be sent to me by email.
However, I am not receiving the email, including in my spam/junk folder.

I have already submitted a support request by email and completed the online support form, but I have not received any response.
More than two weeks have passed, and I urgently need access to my account so that I can use my licensed PDF-XChange software.

Is there any alternative way to contact support ?
