I expected the setting to be remembered and was going to suggest either export /import settings to/rom file, or grab a reg key, but it was not remembered between sessions.

Can you confirm the same there, that it is not remembered? I assume so else why post this, but you know what they say about ass-u-me...

Thanks, Paul, for pondering this functionality for me.

I do not see the setting remembered at all, not only session to session but from use to use. I do not see a way of preserving this setting in Preferences, either. So if I want to nudge a Comment a couple of tenths of an inch up or down using Transform Selection with the deltaX;deltaY box ticked and find it needs another tenth and reopen TS, the box is unticked again.

I hope this means our observations are in sync.
