Having Issue in opening a single pdf file of size 12 MB, with existing valid status license, how can i connect support team.

I need the support team to connect with me.
I changed my PC and I changed my laptop.
I also upgraded the RAM from 16 GB to 32 GB.

I would like to share that, we are using multiple licenses and i activated a new license, it's not a license-based issue
if really someone can connect my PC, I can show the actual issue when we open a pdf of size above 10mb its like a disaster its taking more than 2 min after adding any comment to that file it's not responding.

hope you are doing well

Whenever I used to open any of the 12 mb size pdf file.
It taking long time to open and even if we try to close its gets not responding
whereas the same file is opening for editing in another pdf editor software.

I changed the New PC to USER
Upgraded ram from 16gb to 32gb.
but still no use he is unable to work on pdf exchanger.

Thank you for the patience, I am just working with our upcoming release candidate, and comparing to the live release. These files open near instantly in the RC build, which means you can look forward to this being resolved when 11.1.0 is available.

According to your response, it appears that this issue is expected to be resolved in the next version release.

Could you please confirm when the next version is scheduled to be released? Until then, are we expected to continue struggling with the same issue and face disruptions in our daily work?

If the issue is already identified in the current version, it is concerning that there is no immediate resolution or workaround available. At the very least, we would expect your support team to provide an option to roll back to a previous stable version until the issue is permanently resolved.

We have already been experiencing this problem for some time, and it is significantly affecting our users and productivity. It is not reasonable for us to continue facing the same issue until the next release without any temporary solution.

We kindly request that your team provide an immediate workaround, rollback option, or other temporary resolution, rather than asking us to wait for the next release.

Please treat this as an urgent matter and advise us on the available solution at the earliest.

I do not have a timeline for the next release just yet, so rolling back if you are encountering troubles with this might be ideal.

If you would like to roll back to a version for which this is not present on your devices, you can do so at any time from your account page. Simply use the "previous builds" link below the download button:

Note that going from V11 to V10 will not retain your application settings, you may want to use "file > manage settings > export" first, and then import that settings file after the rolback.

I am afraid not.. older versions are only available for a set time, and only to those who are actively signed into an account with currently active (or recently expired) maintenance. The Download links generated are personalized, and not permanent items, so I cannot give you a direct download here.

All you need to do is sign into your user account, and use the "previous builds" button there to get an older version you can roll back to.

Hello Daniel,

As per your suggestion, I tried installing the previous builds of PDF-XChange Editor mentioned below. Unfortunately, the same issue persists in both versions:

PDF-XChange Editor for Windows – V10.1.3.383
PDF-XChange Editor for Windows – V10.8.2.407

Therefore, it appears that the issue is not specific to the current version, as it is also occurring in the previous builds.

Could you please investigate this further and advise us on the next steps or a possible resolution?

the files can be opened quickly in the Edge and Firefox，xchang 10.8.6.411 open and close very slowly.

The file opens instantly for me in the current version of Editor. Could you please test of a different machine in order to rule out the possibility that you machine is the issue?
