Lines disappear when printing a PDF

Lines disappear when printing a PDF
When I send a PDF file to another piece of software (such as FinePrint) via the print menu, the dashed lines disappear.What could the solution be? The answers previously provided here did not resolve the issue.

This appears to be keeping the lines well in my test prints, here is a screenshot of the preview - inflated for ease of reading: Could I ask you for more details about your settings, and perhaps screenshots of what you are seeing, and what steps you take exactly to generate the problematic file?
