Update is pointed to D Drive

I am trying to install the uppates to PDF Exchange Editor and PDF Exchange office. After downloading the update I get an error message "Out of Disk space --Volume "D" required space 560,836 KB, available space: 0 KB. Free some disk space and retry. Why isnt it downloading to the correct place. ?

Hi Majorie,

Please check the installation path specified for the PDF-XChange Updater in the Windows Registry:

1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Enter `regedit` and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
3. Navigate to the following registry key:

`HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PDF-XChange\Updater`

4. In the right-hand pane, locate the InstallPath entry.
5. Check the path specified in the Data column.

Please let us know what path is specified there, or provide a screenshot showing the value.

Per RegEdit, the InstallPath is “C:\Program Files\PDF-XChange\Updater\”
