Extracting Images

Greetings

While using Exchange Viewer I can not get the extract pages function to work. Here is what happens

1) I select pages in PDF-XChange Viewer that I want to creat in another section
2) Right click on the highlighted pages
3) Select Extract (PRO)
4) Warning about PRO watermark comes on
5) I select proceed anyway
6) Indicate that I want the selected pages on the dialogue box and click OK
7) New tab is created
blank pages on the new tab are created for each of the pages selected but no images are created on the pages.

Tried to use the regular means of reporting through e-mail but your program assumes user have MS mail as a client... I use another client

Additionally, I attempted to attach a file to show the result but the upload attachment program never stopped so I just had to submit what I can. All info was lost so I'm just reposting this and hoping for the best.

All seems to be working as expected here in the latest 039 build of the free viewer.

After selecting the thumbnails in the Pages Thumbnail pane, if I don't select the option to save the pages as separate files, and clicking OK to the warning dialogue, a new tab opens with the three selected pages, with the title "Pages from (Filename)"

Have you tried with different PDF files?

All attachments to this forum must be archived as Zip or 7z archives.

Thanks for your time...

I do beleive I have the latest build.

I tried with two other files. I had the issue on the first new file I attempted but not the second. The common element between the two non working files is that they were both created using the Scan2PDF PDF creator.

For your perusal I have included a zipped copy of a file that does not work.

Update.

The zipped file is taking quite a while to upload and behaving exactly like the unzipped one. I have zipped the file using winzip... Should this work or do I need other compression software
