Hello,
I want to give the right to my user to save a copy of document, but forced them to save always on the same path, for example, C:\temp. Is it possible to do that directly by menu/option, or by modifying the windows registry ?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards, Marc

Re: Default saved location
Do it this way:
In win explorer right-click on a partition you'd like to or not to give the appropriate privileges and take "Properties" of them. On the "Security" you'll find "Advanced" button. There you can set all what you wanted.

Re: Default saved location
Hello Ivan,
Thanks for your answer.
Currently we use Adobe Acrobat Reader to read our pdf files, for performance reason we have to think about the replacement of this reader, we have tested many readers and we have decided to use either PDF-XChange Viewer or Foxit reader. This save option problem is blocking for us, if you say that this problem will be solved for the next revision of PDF-XChange Viewer, we can wait to choose our default reader. Do you know when this problem will be solved ?
Best regards, Marc

Re: Default saved location
We can do this immediately, but I'm not sure when it will be available for download - into build 41 (about 6 weeks to go), or maybe there will be 'intermediate' build 40.5 (it will be released if some critical bug or requests will be fixed/realized).

Re: Default saved location
Thanks again for your very fast answer.
Unfortunately, 6 weeks are too long for us. Is it possible to have this fix into an intermediate build or to send me directly a patch ?
Best regars, Marc

Re: Default saved location
Hello,
I have just downloaded the version 2.0 Build 40.5 and i have seen the option to choose the destination folder to save document. Thanks. It works inside the executable but it doesn't work inside the IE plugin, and we have to use this plugin to view the document inside our ERP. Is it also possible to integrate this option for the internet plugin ?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards, Marc

Re: Default saved location
This feature for IE Plugin (and for other web-browsers) will be added into next build.
