Formatting Typewriter Text

Post by Giraffe »

When I want to change some text to, say, bold, the usual process of Ctrl+Shift selects only 1 character (just the same as Ctrl only). In most apps. Ctrl+Shift selects a word; this would be very useful.

Also, In e.g. Word, if keys are used to turn on bold/underline/italic the action can be cancelled at the end of a word by repeating the keystrokes. In PDF-XChange Viewer it's necessary to insert a space, otherwise the formatting isn't turned off.

Any chance of 'standardising' these, please.

BTW, just tried Foxit 3 - dumped it pdq!
