Document fails to open in Tracker Viewer

I get the error message below when opening this one pdf document. It opens fine in Adobe Reader. I did not attach the pdf because it contains sensitive information. Can you give me your email address so I can send it to you guys. Thank you.

Sure - best to use the option under 'Help -> Report a Problem' as this provides valuable system info - otherwise send to Ivan@tracker-software.com

But please do ensure you have the latest 2.0407 build from here :

Check for updates may not work in some older builds depending on your Windows OS.
