Free to Pro

Hello,

I have just bought PDF-XChange 4 PRO. After the installation I see that the program PDF-XChange Viewer is still in Free version. How can I switch to the PRO version ?

During install you would have been asked if you wanted to download the viewer as well, did this not happen?

Yes, it happend and I choose yes but it's the Free version of PDF Viewer which was installed.

Do you have registration key for the Viewer ?

No, I just have the registration key for PDF-XChange 4 PRO which normally include PDF-XChange Viewer PRO.

If you have version 4 of PDF-XChange PRO - the PRO Viewer is included - looks like you need to copy/paste your serial as detailed below to resolve.

please open the PDF-XChange Viewer - go to the Edit Menu -> Preferences -> Registration and ensure the above serial number is also copy/pasted there and all should be well

Does it work in other versions than the english one - It does NOT work like this in the GERMAN version.
