Steps to reproduce:
- open file http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/Lex ... 052:DE:PDF in firefox browser 3.0.5
- click save as button (inside x-change viewer pdf plugin) for saving file on harddisk
- nothing happens (no saving dialog, no error message)
strange or not?
But saving file over menu of firefox works!
using x-change viewer 2.0 build 40.7
opened file in browser, saving not possible(nothing happens)

Confirmed in the Opera plugin too. No such problem with other documents as far as I know.
Control S doesn't work either, but Alt F, S does.

Looks like your browser handles the shortcut prior to the viewer.
