Set the border of a selected Annotation

How can I set the border of a selected annotation. Now it's a thin border of 1 px I think, and we want it to get it more visible.

How PDF reader shows focused annotation in realization depends and there is no way to specify border size and type for selection

I have attached a picture, and this shows the small border around the word "document".
Can we make this border thicker.

This feature (customizing of focus rect) can be added in the future.
