Is there a way to rearrange the document tabs by "drag-and-drop" or any other method?
If not please consider this a feature request.

Re: Rearrange document tabs?
This has been requested at least once before — when viewing multiple documents and showing the Navigation Tabs, there is no way to reorder the tabs. They always appear left to right in the order the documents were opened. This is good enough IMO, but I agree it would be nice to rearrange the order of documents.
A workaround is to close the document you want to move to the end, and reopen it.
Or close them all, then drag and drop the documents from Windows Explorer into the PDF-XChange window in the order that you want them.
If one uses the Tile Icon on the left of the Navigation Tab bar, it is easy to select any document. This is just like Quick Tabs in Internet Explorer 7. If you use this, there is no real need to organise the tabs.

Re: Rearrange document tabs?
Perhaps this feature could be coded then made a part of the Pro version.
While the suggests made are viable, they are inelegant and unprofessional for this otherwise fine software.
