Crash on Printer Change

When i change the printer using the File>Print menu from the default printer to a different printer, Viewer crashes. every time. this also happened with the previous (May, 2008) build. the printers are all served off the network in case that's important. if i close viewer, change the default printer, restart viewer and print, all is well. any suggestions?

Can you send us any of your PDF documents that display this behavoiour please - zipped (if it doesn't happen on every document)?

Is any additional debug information available?

The best way to send this info is using the Viewer : Help -Report a Problem option as this can provide importrant additional system info which could affect the cause.

i sent the info using the report a problem feature. i can't find any issues with which pdf causes the problems - it happens with all of them. but maybe this will help:

i have noticed that sometimes it doesn't crash when changing to a RICOH Aficio MP 5500 PCL 5e, but sometimes it does... however, it always crashes when changing to our RICOH Aficio 3235C PCL 5c.

changing to the latest copier print drivers solved the problem.
