When I print a Word document from inside Word, it converts to Adobe pdf nicely and quickly. However, does not seem to preserve Word type faces [subject of prior post].
However, it I try to convert by navigating to an existing Word document, it takes a very long time (4-5 minutes) and then does not convert correctly (shows random characters). I am sure I am doing something wrong. Can you point me in the right direction. <<<See attached example>>>

Also - I assume you are using our drivers - you cannot be using the Viewer SDK ?
Please advise specifically what product you are using.
Thanks

Re: Converting Word Documents
using the trial version of Exchange Pro 4. see if this attachment works. I "browsed" to the file, then hit "add the file" but do not see any icon showing it was attached. There is a note at the top saying "The extension pdf is not allowed" so I do not know what happened.

Re: Converting Word Documents
Thanks. I really appreciate the quick and easy to understand responses.
See attached zip file which was created by creating a pdf from ExchangePro4 - not by printing to the PDFX4 printer from within Word. I see where the document is attached.
What time zone are you in?

Re: Converting Word Documents
Hi,
This file appears to have been modified after the 1st, original conversion from Word - by PDF-Tools?
By that I mean you have either used the File Print or the Word Toolbar convert method and then again opened the PDF file and modified again by you using PDF-Tools.
We need the PDF file **before** you open again and modify/save using PDF-Tools, also please could you provide the original Word file before conversion ?
Finally - can you advise the version of MS Word being used.
Thanks
