I realize other users have posted these requests before, but I will repeat them anyway. For what it's worth, the lack of these features is stopping me from purchasing PDF-XCHANGE 4 PRO.
1) When running in single instance mode with Navigation Tabs turned off, list open PDF files in the Window drop-down menu.
I realize the Ctrl-Tab feature is available, but it's simply not acceptable for my purposes. I often have 20 or more PDFs open at once. Having the files listed in the Window menu drop-down requires only two mouse clicks to switch to any open file. Having to Ctrl-Tab for as many times as I have open files is slow and terribly inefficient, especially if I accidentally Ctrl-Tab past the file of interest.
2) Allow drag-and-drop re-arranging of Navigation Tabs.
This would allow me to easily place related tabs next to each other, especially if many unrelated files (and tabs) are already open.
Having these features would make the tool much for efficient for power users like me (and would likely lead to higher sales volume, IMO).
Thanks!

Re: Two requests: show PDFs in Window menu, re-arranging tabs
1. You can view all of the currently open files in the Recent Files submenu of the Files menu. I have customised my toolbar to add the open files and recent files icon to a toolbar, so one click will show the list. The number of recent files remembered can be changed in preferences to a maximum of 200 files.

2. Currently, the only way to organise tabs is to open them in the required order. This can be done from the recent files menu, or by drag and drop if they are stored locally.

Re: Two requests: show PDFs in Window menu, re-arranging tabs
I appreciate your input. Please consider my opinion below from the standpoint of a business professional.
1) Having to drill down into the Recent Files menu to switch between open files is a crude way of getting around the long-accepted Windows applications practice of listing open documents in the Window menu, especially since much of what's listed in Recent Files may not represent the files currently open. Such a shortcoming is probably acceptable for the at-home user occasionally using the free version of the viewer. If I am paying for a PRO version as a business user who views (and often edits) dozens of PDFs daily, I am unwilling to live with (or pay for) software requiring such a workaround.
2) Again, a crude workaround and not acceptable if I am paying for a PRO version.
Thanks
