Document Prints in Adobe but Not in PDFXPro4

Post by gbeckerman »

I have a document with a clear image that will not print - I get a blank page. However, when I open it in Adobe 6.0 it prints fine. Any idea why or how to fix?

Dear gbeckerman,
Could you please zip and attach the file here or send it to support@pdf-xchange.com so we could investigate?

Regards,
Stefan

Attached are three files.

1. ... made in PDFExchange4. Should look fine on your screen showing the bar code in the upper left corner.

2. ... made in Adobe 6. Should look fine.

3. two cover pages hand marked showing how they print with hand written note showing what I did.

In general, I like PDFX very much. As a newbie, as with any new program to me, I just have to learn some of its processes.
