After installing the update, the Opera plugin displays all toolbars. I can hide them all with F11 (if I give focus to the PDF file), but they reappear again on loading a new PDF file, whether from the internet or my local drive.
I attach my settings, exported from the plugin.

This seems to be fixed in build 41.4
