Hi, is there a chance to make a standart printer for the viewer/portable viewer other then the XP standart?

I have printer "x" as standart XP printer. For the viewer I like to print 98% on printer "y". So, when I open the printer dialog after I open the viewer-app I must ever select the printer "y". Other options are so selected like at the time when I close the viewer-app. It helps when after I start the viewer-app the selected printer is automaticly the same then the printer was at the time, when I close the viewer-app before.

Setting the default printer (in German: Standard Drucker) is a system feature of Windows. And you can only have one defined as default.

Sorry, but if make some search over the forum, you will find we having two different requests: one like you to remember last used printer and its settings, another one - to don't remember anything about printing. It is impossible to make everybody happy

More or less. Windows have only one default printer, that's right. But some applications have their own default printer. They store their own default printer in their own settings or inis. And when all other settings for the print menu is stored why not "the printer as well"?
Maybe it is a new ore requested feature. An simple check box near the printer drop down can make the selected printer as the application default printer. I thought, there is anywhere a possibility to do something like this in the registry or in the applications settings.
