Unable to print to Dell 962 All-in-one ("No Pages Selected"

When I try to print to my Dell 962 All-in-One printer, the print preview in the print dialog shows "No Pages Selected". If I change the requested printer to another printer on the system, I can print with no problems. 962 print drivers are up-to-date; PDFxhange Pro version is 2.0.41.5 (most current version as of this date).

Please let us know if you are printing over a network and what version of windows you are using.

Also would help of you could possibly use the ioption :

Help -> Report a Problem

as this provides valuable system and PDF-XChange Viewer data info to allow us to trace and resolve the issue and these reports go directly to the project team.

Hello.
I'm having similar issues with Sharp multifunctional printer over a network. Strange thing is that it was working before, and I don't remember upgrading anything before this problem appeared. I uninstalled and reinstalled PDF-Viewer to the latest version (2.0.41.5 as of today) and the problem persisted.
My system is Win XP SP3, and the printer host is Win XP SP2.
I will report the problem via the help menu.

I think reporting the problem didn't work, because it asked me to configure mail profiles at the control panel. Is there any other way to report a problem, or maybe a way to generate a report file to attach (here or via e-mail)?

Please let me know exact model of your Sharp MFU and, if it is possible, link for driver's download.

About report a problem: we are sending email using MAPI. And if your default email client isn't MAPI server, there will be problems. We haven't yet found a solution for how to send email with attachments without MAPI :(

My Printer is Sharp AL-1641CS
drivers can be found here.
Should I start another thread? since this applies to a printer different from the one on the subject line.

Had install this driver as local printer and problem isn't reproduced. Will try to install as a network driver.
