Preview handler does not work at Windows 2008 terminalserver

Hi,

I have tried the free PDF-XChange Viewer and the preview handler does not work on Windows 2008 terminalserver and Outlook 2007. It does work if i installa it on Windows Vista and Outlook 2007.

Any suggestions?

just a heads up that the dev team are really busy at this point in time with getting the new build out. Testing on 2008 server is not likely to happen until after this is dealt with, so probably at least 2 more weeks to get an answer about this.

Is that going to work for you?

Just received the information that the development team is investigating this as it is causing similar problems with Win 7.
We are working on a solution.

I'm having the same problem with Windows 2008 terminal server and outlook 2007. We are running version 2.0 build 42.4. Any resolution to this?

the issues in Server 2008 are currently being worked on. I have made note of your post to the project team to ensure your issue is included in the investigation.
