Problem with parallel installation

I have included PDF-Viewer Version 1.0.0.34 in my application.
After the installation all worked flawless until one customer acquired PDF-XChange Viewer PRO, which has overwritten some already existing files. At the start of the program the Demo-lettering is displayed in the PDF-component now.
The program reference points to the system directory. I’ve tried to compile a program update, in which the reference points to the program directory and reregistered the file PDFXCviewAx.dll that’s included in the application directory.
After restarting the software the startup process was aborted.

Can you give us more information? In what directory you have installed SDK files, and where was installed PDF-XChange Viewer PRO?

I've copy all programms (SDK and PDF Viewer Pro) in the Defaultpath.
SDK = C:\Programme\Tracker Software\...
PDF xChange Viewer PRO = C:\Programme\Tracker Software\...
If I installed my program then is copying the file "PDFXCviewAx.dll" in the WinSysDir.

First of all you don't need to install PDF-XChange Viewer if you already installed SDK files. To open PDF you can use PDFXCview.exe which comes with SDK.
Anyway if you install PDF-XChange Viewer please check that your PDFViewer ActiveX component (what you have used when compiling your program) has the same version as installed end user version of PDF-XChange Viewer. (Just run about dialog from ActiveX component and installed Viewer and compare build versions).
