Unable to get Real Version instead of free to work.

I'm trying to install the pro version on a new machine and it's giving me issues.

I would liek to download the latest version and am trying to use my key. Is the key the only important factor or do I have to enter a specific name when installing as well.

I work for a school and we purchased 10 user licenses, I'm sure each user entered their information, but used the same key. In downloading the version from the site, it's the free version and stays free after installing.. I need the read deal! -- not the free version.

Please advise.

Please email me the serial you are using and the build number of the software you've installed, Goto Help->About.

Do Not post serials on the forum as they will be blacklisted and become unusable.
