questions to text rendering/PDF Exchange Viewer 2.042.2/WIN XP:
Only fonts "Arial" and "Times" available?
How can I change fonts and font sizes?

In our Viewer you can use all the system fonts you have installed on your computer. It is strange that you are not able to see any other.
Can you please specify the Vewer version you have (you can find this in Help -> About). If it is not 42.2 then updating will most probably fix your trouble.
As for changing fonts/sizes you have to have a text selected and then the properties toolbar will change to show text formatting tools
