Mouse Snap to not working

In Windows Mouse Properties there is a property "Snap to default" which should automatically move the mouse cursor to the "Yes" button in the SAVE dialog when you close the PDF-XChange Viewer. This works in all of my applications except with th Viewer. We also have many customers that have reported this.
