Hi,
I have bought PDF-Xchange Viewer ActiveX SDK Base pack V 2.0421. I received one developer key & code. I'm not sure if I can use dll or not. Can I use the same key and code to use dll, or should I buy a new key ?

The ActiveX serial and dev codes will only work with the ActiveX SDK, and you will need a different set to be able to use the DLLs. The best option for you would be to go for PDF XChange Viewer PRO SDK as it allows you to use both and you can upgrade to it from our website.
Just register with your current dev code here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/login/register

Unfortunately for you it isn't but the upgrade cost should be about the difference in the PRO vs AX SDK prices

PDF-XChange Viewer PRO SDK v.2.0422 SDK Base Pack inc 25,000 CDLP $ 2626.00
So the upgrade price should be around 738 USD
