Choosing and modifying links as a group

Is there a way to choose multiple links at the same time and modify them as a group?

Unfortunately there is no such function, however you could create a link, modify it and then copy/paste it wherever you want in the document, that might be an option.

Yes, there is such a feature.

Select the 'Link' tool, and now you can use Ctrl key to select multiple links. Or press Ctrl key and draw a rectangle - all links which intersects with this rectangle will be selected.

Now press the right mouse button or use the properties toolbar to change the properties of selected links.

P.S. You can use Ctrl+A shortcut to select all links in the document when the Link tool is active.

But it seems that when the links are chosen as a group, you can only modify the "appereance" properties, but not for example what actions would I want the links to perform, like jumping to another page of the document.

Any info on this?

I see the behaviour you are refering to - the "Actions" category in the Link Properties dialogue is not present when selecting properties on multiple link selections. I

I'll see what the dev team have to say about the possibility of adding such a feature.
