Registration not sticking

Hi...... I'm running PDF-XChange Viewer Pro 2.0 build 42.3. Since this last update, my registration and settings are not sticking when the computer is restarted. They will stick if I exit the program and restart it, but they are lost when the computer restarts. Any suggestions as to where to look to fix this?

That's odd. The values are written to the registry. When I search my registry for my Xchange Pro serial, I can find it numerous times. Is there anything preventing writes to your registry.. so that when you reboot, the values written in the last session are lost? Any kind of security app that might prevent permanent writes?

Also - A good idea might be a full uninstall/restart/reinstall if you have not done so for several new releases/builds - as we have changed default install paths and various other items to streamline and prepare for future features and functions.
