Border Missing when viewing from PDF-XChange Viewer

We are running PDF Xchange viewer version 2.41.5. When we are viewing the attached pdf, the IT banner is missing the vertical line at the end of the box. The lines are all present when viewing the pdf with Adobe or PDF Xchange viewer version 2.40.7.

Please update to the latest release 2.42.3 - all looks fine there as far as I can see when comparing PDF-XChange - and Adobe.
