Hello,
In the selection combo box of stamp tool, there are some built-in standard stamps
which are in English. Since my customers are Japaneses and I have made some stamps
myself in Japanese, is there a way to programmatically hide the standard stamps and
only list those customized stamps?
how to remove the standard stamps?

As Ivan says in this post: "Delete standard stamps"
Also in this post it is described that with hiding those stamps and exporting/importing settings a result similar to "delete standard stamps" can be achieved. The discussion there is for the end user Viewer, but you could also import settings to your application (and if you have predefined a custom stamps palette with Japanese stamps the end users will not note the difference)

.Standard stamps cannot be deleted -- these stamps should always be available, because they are used for stamps types predefined by PDF Specification.
