Attachments appear as "Untitled Object n"

I have a PDF that contains attachments from a 3rd party. When I view it in PDF-XChange Viewer, the attachments all appear as "Untitled Object n" where "n" is a number e.g., ("Untitled Object 12"). I am running PDF-XChange Viewer 2.0 Build 42.4 on Windows 7 x64. Thanks.

Could you please provide us a sample PDF file so we can check/fix it.
Some screenshots could also be helpful.
