Not printing to networked laser printer

Hello,

I have 2 printers connected to a network - a HP deskjet and a KonicaMinolta PagePro laser printer.
XChange has no problems printing to the deskjet, but it does not want to print to the laser. It sees the printer, but the page is not displayed and can not be printed.

Acrobat has no problems printing to either one. Neither does any other application.
Any ideas what I can do to have XChange print to the networked laser printer?

Hi Sierras

can you supply the exact model number and ideally the printer driver version you are using for that Konica/Minolta printer please?

It's a Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W
Version 1.6.1112.0
