Scroll Issue When Opening a Document

There seems to be a small scroll issue in the page display when opening a multipage document. When I open a multipage document with DefaultZoom set to FitWidth, the first page is scrolled down just a small amount (around 10 pixels or so). If you click the up scroll button, you'll see that that the page wasn't scrolled all the way up when it opened.

For single page documents, the scroll seems to be all the way to the top when the document is opened.

Is this by design? I'd like to scroll to be at the very top for all documents.
