change the grey background color

great software,

Is there a way to change the grey background color when a pdf page is displayed?
It seems to me that a black background is more elegant.

Try working in fullscreen mode. Both fullscreen and windowed modes are extremely customisable, though the background colour is not as far as I know. In fullscreen mode it is black. With some effort, you can make the fullscreen mode look just as you want, with all of the tools that you need to hand.

I am asking for customizing -actually just changing the color to black- in the normal mode, and not in the full-screen mode.

There is one way for this feature (for non-portable version only) but undocumented.
You may add new value(s) into your registry by this .reg file.
