If I open a PDF and set the Documents.AllowSaveCustomProducer to one and then set the Producer Property it shows that the document has been modified which is fine. But if I set the Modified to 0 it still shows that the document has been modified.
If I do the same thing but set the Modified to 1 after setting the producer and then set it to 0 then it's fine.
