graphic icons not showing content?

have just installed win 7 (64bit) on my dual boot system alongside win7 rc (64bit).

in rc my pdf 'icons' show the content, in rtm pro, they show a simple pdf icon?

any suggestions where to look for a solution?

Which installers did you use? MSI or EXE?

regsrv32 C:\Programs Files\Tracker Software\Shell Extensions\XCShInfo.dll

tried changing, but still no response:

a. there is NO 'Shell Extensions\XCShInfo.dll' in C:\Program Files\Tracker Software.

b. i think i downloaded an .exe file.....

Looks like you didn't install Shell Extensions. In this case you will have no preview or thumbnails for PDF files into explorer.

Please try to find XCShInfo.dll into tracker installation folder "C:\Program Files\Tracker Software"

If it is absent, please install it

thanks for that - however, i downloaded the .msi version from the website and all is now fine.....
