Terminal Server and Citrix issue

We reported the following last July 2009

"We have a lot of customers using our product under Terminal Server. We have had reports that the "hand" cursor is very jumpy as it moves around the screen. When the cursor is switched to the I-bar for text highlighting, it is fast. Could this behaviour be improved? We have verified this on our own systems."

Do you know if this was addressed. We are still getting the same results with your latest build under both Term. Services and Citrix. It also occurs with your free Viewer.

I'm afraid that in current version this behaviour with cursor cannot be changed. But in new version (Viewer v3) we will try to add special option that allows using standard Windows cursors instead of Viewer custom cursors.
