When navigating to the next page in a pdf with a color background, the page instantly appears as bright white before the color and other elements are drawn in. This is jarring when quickly moving through pages, as say with a wheel mouse. For a while, this phenomenon does not occur when navigating between pages that have been previously viewed during the same session. It would be better to show a neutral background until the page is ready to be drawn, or perhaps the developers could think of another solution? I've attached an example pdf.
