I have a machine that's having an issue with the Tracker PDF Control that is running Vista 64 Bit.
I've included a simple project that causes the error on this machine. All that needs to be done to cause the error is to run the one line of code in the project.
What might be causing this?

Hi, docu-track99
We cannot reproduce this issue.
What is the error, please send a screenshot (or error code) to us. Thanks.
Also, please download the latest PDF-Viewer ActiveX SDK package and reinstall it on your machine, it may resolve your problem...
Possible reason for runtime error under x64: you have registered 64-bit PDFXCview.exe, but for VB6 you should be register the 32-bit PDFXCview.exe.
Cheers.

Hi docu-track99.
Thanks for your screenshot, but we cannot reproduce this issue.
Possible reason for this error: your application uses too old of a version of our *.exe com-server(PDFXCview.exe).
You may check it by GetVersionInfo function: obtained ClientVersion and ServerVersion strings should be equal.
Also, please update PDFXCview.exe and PDFXCviewAx.dll to the latest version(2.42.9) on target system.
Cheers.

Tried the newest version and the error still happens, I haven't yet had a chance to try the other things yet, once I have I'll post those results.

Re: Possible Vista 64 Bit Issue
I uninstalled all traces of the Viewer software and re-installed with your installer the latest version. The GetVersionInfo method returns 2.0.0042.0009 for the client and blank for the server. This has run successfully on this 64bit machine before without any tweaking of the 64bit controls. DOes this provide anymoew clues?

Hi, HJBrown and docu-track99.
Today we will upload the new install-package(s) to our site with a new version of our ActiveX SDK(should be 2.42.10).
Please wait for this and update your copy. In these installers some mistakes for x64 were fixed. Our apologies for any inconveniences. You Patience is appreciated.
Thanks.
