Trouble installing from distribution file

I have run into a problem with build 42.10 of PDFXV_dev.exe. I installed it on a system that previously had build 42.9 installed using the same method (i.e. using the developer distribution file). After installation I found that when I launched the viewer, version 42.9 came up. So I did a full uninstall and then re-installed. This time I found the desktop shortcut was not pointing to a valid file.

I quickly found the reason: the shortcut was pointing to a file in a folder called "pdf-viewer" but the actual installation was in a folder called "PDF Viewer". Of course path names are not case-sensitive under Windows, but the absence of the dash character certainly makes a difference.

I am running under Windows XP Professional, service pack 2.
